Desky jsou dostupné v maximální rozměru 2000 x 3050 mm (některé uvedené materiály mají menší výrobní rozměr) – pokud se jedná o větší rozměr než 2000 x 3050 mm, tak jsou desky skládané z více kusů (dle zadaného rozměru desky – běžná praxe). Na vyžádání je možné předem informovat o maximální rozměru daného materiálu.
Materiály frézujeme 1kW frézkou, určenou k obrábění tvrdých materiálů s maximální tloušťkou do 26 mm nebo polotvrdých materiálů až do tloušťky 50 mm.
Mimo fréz disponujeme oscilačním nožem pro řezání měkkých materiálů, nožem pro vytvoření V-drážky či rylovacím kolečkem umožňující snazší ohyb měkkých materiálů.
V-cut řezací nástroj má nastavitelný úhel řezání 15°, 22,5°, 30°a 45°. Může provádět řezání sendvičových lepenkových desek a pěnových kompozitních materiálů až do tloušťky 16 mm.
