Flexi Core Cutter 1200CC is an efficient tool for precise cutting of cores of various sizes. The core cutter operates in semi-automatic mode. FELIX GLUER is the most modern solution for precise dosing of both hot and cold adhesives – glue dispensing machines with CNC control. The machine is universal and versatile, designed for the packaging and POS industry. What distinguishes it from standard gluing machines is the ability to simultaneously apply glue to several products of different shapes. Universal automatic packaging machine for prints up to 85 x 60 cm. FM77A EVO is designed for more demanding operations with a higher load, equipped with an output conveyor, automatic cooling system for sealing bars and automatic sealing arm cycle. Products can be packaged by bagging or shrink wrapping.
Punching capacity is 580 sheets, maximum stack height is 50 mm, maximum paper size is 376 mm (B4 lengthwise). Usable drill diameters: 3–13 mm.
The UCHIDA VF-1500 paper folder can fold up to A3 + various types of paper such as offset, coated papers, art prints, digital print outputs, etc., thanks to the vacuum belt feeder. The maximum recommended paper weight is 160 g/m2 (single fold 230 g/m2), minimum 45 g/m2. The maximum feeder capacity is 500 sheets (80 g/m2) and the folding speed is 15,000 sheets/hour.
V1 binding in larger quantities is carried out on the DUPLO digital system DSF 2200 + DBM 150 machine with automatic front trimming of booklets. The new booklet machine offers a maximum capacity of 100 pages of V1 booklets with an extreme speed of up to 2400 booklets per hour. The DUPLO vacuum feeding system is one of the most reliable pressureless systems on the market today. The 8-channel system allows for perfect feeding of each paper and absolute accuracy of staple stitching. This is a fully automatic booklet machine with a speed of 2400 booklets per hour and a maximum capacity of 100 pages of booklets for V1 binding.
Ideal for producing price lists, catalogs with sewn binding up to 16 sheets (64 pages of the brochure). Very easy to use, electronic setting of brochure parameters, counter of completed cycles. The binding unit can be operated separately from the machine. The working width of the machine is 42 cm, i.e. A3 format. The punching capacity, depending on the type of tool, is in the range of 25–35 sheets of 80 g paper per cycle. The machine also has a foot control, reverse and two side shelves. The sides of the perforating and binding tools are open, i.e. it is possible to punch and bind formats larger than A3 (42 cm) in multiple steps. This is an important technical element of the machine, especially for calendar binding.

EASYLAM 160TW is a large-format roll laminator and cutter in one machine. The maximum lamination width is 164 cm and the material throughput is 170 cm. Electronic control, fully automatic adjustment of the appropriate pressure with a display of the current status, is complemented by an intuitive graphic display. For easy loading of the material, the EASYLAM 160TW is equipped with a foot control for closing the rollers on the output side of the laminator. The 120 mm diameter laminating rollers are made of the highest quality silicone rubber, manufactured by Böttcher. Lamination speed in fourteen steps with a maximum of up to 9 m/min. The laminator has controlled heating of the upper laminating roller with a temperature setting of up to 55°C.
ARES is the most versatile welding machine on the market. We pulse weld PVC, mesh, acrylic, polyester and much more. Designed for welding overlaps, hem pockets, reinforcements, zippers and PVC profiles.
We have 2 high-frequency welding lines: 20 bm and 11 bm, thanks to which the banner welds are very precise.
In both high-frequency welding lines we have integrated automatic eyelets (stainless steel eyelets).
We weld large PVC banners with a print width of over 320 cm on an impulse welding (weld only 22 mm) arm (the weld length in one piece is 300 cm).
