PVC banners are durable and high quality advertising media suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to advanced UV printing on state-of-the-art DURST printers, we achieve unparalleled offset quality with 1200 dpi resolution and extreme colour durability.

PVC banners are made from premium materials with high tensile strength, ensuring their durability even in harsh weather conditions. Thanks to precise shape cutting on Zünd machines and precision welding on high-frequency lines, we guarantee perfect processing of each piece.

We offer a wide range of printing options, including cast, perforated and blockout banners, with the option of individual finishing to suit your needs.

PVC banners are printed on hybrid UV printer DURST P5 – 350 cm printing width, DURST P10 – 250 cm printing width and roll UV printer Durst 320p – 320 cm printing width.

Unrivalled quality (offset print quality: 1,200 dpi resolution) and extreme performance of our machines in this print section (up to 500 m2 per hour).

The premium inks for our machines meet strict ecological criteria, have an excellent colour spectrum and adhesion to PVC banners.
Rho P5 Premium WG, Rho POP Rigid, Rho Roll Ink are installed in our machines.

PVC banner shape cutting is performed on Zünd G3 3XL – 2x machines (Swiss manufacturer) with a generous working area of 320x250cm (maximum width of cut media 320cm) and above-standard equipment. Zünd is one of the absolute world leaders in the category of precise and powerful machine tools.

We have 2 high-frequency welding lines: 20 bm and 11 bm, which make banner welding very precise.
In both high frequency welding lines we have integrated automatic eyelets (stainless steel eyelets).
Large PVC banners with a print width of over 320 cm are welded on a pulse welding (weld only 22 mm) arm (weld length in one piece is 300 cm).

In the order can be added rubber or plastic strapping. We print only on top quality materials of higher weights with high tensile strength (in gusts of wind) and long durability.

Printing options:

• START: cast banner 510g/m2, unwelded edges and stainless steel eyelets 50 cm (any size), suitable for short-term applications of smaller sizes. Frequent applications are only trimmed to size without eyelets.
• PROFI: cast banner 510g/m2, complete welded edges and stainless steel eyelets 40 cm (any size), the most commonly used type of PVC banner, long life, small and large formats (max. size of PVC banner in our operation is approximately 20 x 20 m)
• MESH: perforated banner 360g/m2, complete welded edges and stainless steel eyelets at 40 cm (any size), PVC perforated banner, suitable for large areas (lower weight) and for places where the weather conditions are unfavourable or where the other side of the PVC banner is not protected against wind or in front of windows (allows air and light to pass through)
• EXTRA: block out banner 510g/m2 (black core), fully welded edges and stainless steel eyelets 40 cm apart (any size up to 320 cm wide, we do not recommend welding large panels together). Primarily suitable for interior applications, the PVC banner structure is smooth and therefore suitable for applications with short sight distances.
• EXTRA: block out banner 510g/m2 (black core), double-sided printing, unwelded edges and stainless steel eyelets at 30 cm – on request any processing is possible (eyelets, tunnels – any dimensions up to 320 cm width, we do not recommend welding large panels together). Mainly suitable for interior applications, the structure of the PVC banner is smooth and therefore suitable for applications with a short viewing distance.
• BACKLIT: banner with high light transmittance value (designed for light boxes), 510g/m2, cut to size (we do not recommend welding large panels together)
• AIRTEX Magic: 360g/m2, highly versatile canvas material/structure, any size (tunnels, cedars, welded format perimeter, eyelets). The material has been designed for use only as decoration in shops and restaurants or for the exhibition industry.
• Lightbox SIRIUS: cotton fabric for illumination, 180g, printing up to 320 cm wide (cut to size or any finishing on request).
• All-reflective PVC banner 610g – when the banner is illuminated, the print is visible at night in the entire area of the PVC banner, the perimeter of the banner cannot be welded, the perimeter of the banner is only trimmed to size and loops of 30cm. Max. print width format is 160cm.
• PVC banner FREE 260g – Tango Opaque Greyback. Highly durable 100% polyester fabric. Ideal for display systems with silicone profiles, banners, exhibition stands, podiums, shop windows etc.

• Gumolano 6mm – the basic characteristic of rubber ropes is their high elasticity. Suitable for professional installation of PVC banners of all sizes. Choice of white or black gumolano, diameter of gumolano 6 mm. Gumolano of Czech production with increased durability. Mainly used for permanent installation outdoors. Suitable for attaching all types of banners, posters, nets, etc.
• Tightening tapes – white or black, 250 x 4,8 mm, nylon PA66, frost resistant, load capacity 22 kg. Suitable for installation of PVC banners.
