Custom labels per roll

We print labels on the ACCURIOLABEL 230 machine with delivery on a roll. Digital printing of labels is revolutionary in many ways. It enables the realization of orders at high speed and in top quality. Digital printing exceeds the capabilities of conventional printing technologies. High quality output resulting from the high resolution of 1,200 dpi x 8 bits. High speed – up to 23.4 bpm. We print CMYK + W.

We print labels with the highest precision on the FLEXOR xCUT PRO II SEMIROTATION PRINTER. Possibility of varnishing, lamination, automatic separation of the label surroundings. Any shape die-cutting, winding according to the requirement.

We differentiate stickers:

• labels with delivery on a roll and a roll of your choice
• paper stickers with delivery in 1 piece

The most common press materials:

• Semi-gloss coated paper – RAFLACOAT PLUS FSC/RP51/HONEY GLASSINE 65: among the most used materials. Paper labels, various types of applications. Self-adhesive coated paper labels matt, semi-gloss or glossy. The typical representative is semi-gloss paper.
• Uncoated paper – VELLUM TTR-FSC: uncoated paper labels with a more “ECO” look.
  PP CLEAR FTC50 / RP37 / HD70 WH – recommended with white underprint. Transparent self-adhesive polypropylene film is characterized by its strength. It will not tear. However, this makes it less flexible and therefore more suitable for inflexible surfaces.
• PP WHITE FTC60 / RP37 / HD70 WH: it is one of the most widely used materials. The white, pearlescent, self-adhesive polypropylene film is characterised by its strength. It will not tear. Due to these properties it is not as flexible and is therefore recommended for bonding to flat surfaces.
• PP SILVER FTC 50/RP37/HD-FSC/: recommended with white underprint. Metallic silver foil. The self-adhesive polypropylene film is characterized by its strength. It will not tear. Due to these properties, it is not as flexible and is therefore recommended more for bonding to flat surfaces.
• PP GOLD FTC 50/RP37/HD-FSC/: recommended with white underprint. Metallic gold foil. The self-adhesive polypropylene film is characterized by its strength. It will not tear. Due to these properties it is not as flexible and is therefore recommended more for bonding to flat surfaces.
• PET GLOSS WHITE TC 50/RP37S/HD 70 – Durable labelling (Durables). Self-adhesive polyester (PET) film is suitable for special applications due to its properties. It has high heat resistance and is a possible solution for indoor and outdoor use.
• RAFLAMATT 90 WSA-FSC/RP30W/WHITE GLASSINE 85 – wine papers. A texture that resembles a wooden surface in appearance.
• VELMART WHITE WSA-FSC/RP30/WHITE GLASSINE 85 – wine papers. This is a premium wine label with excellent adhesion properties and resistance to mildew and water.
• CASTGLOSS IL/ RP51/ WHITE GLASSINE – wood-free self-adhesive paper, coated by pouring, with mirror gloss.
• ANTIQUE CREAM WSA-FSC / RP30 / WHITE GLASSINE 85 – wine papers. Creamy textured material.
• KRAFT BROWN 70 / RP30 / SHITE GLASSINE 85: creative self-adhesive paper made of smoothed brown kraft with ribbing. FSC mix. Eco look.

Laminations used:

• PP MATT TRANSPARENT 20
• PP CLEAR TRANSPARENT 20

How to choose the right material for custom labels?

Coated/uncoated paper stickers:

• Excellent for heavy-duty sticker applications. Versatile stickers for printing full-color labels requiring high resolution. Promotional labels, industrial applications, magazine inserts, etc.

PP – Polypropylene:

• Polypropylene has many of the properties of polyethylene but is a little stiffer. Therefore, it is easier to apply the label to the product using an automatic labeling machine.

‍PET – Polyester:

• If you need a stronger material to label your products more permanently, polyester is a great solution. Polyester can handle higher and lower temperatures, dirt and grime, and generally rougher handling.

Transparent:

• Transparent Labels. While not a material per se, transparent is found in PE, PP, PET and PVC. A prime example is the labels used on plastic bottles.

job completion: your labels are wound onto a large and heavy roll at the end of the press during printing. From such a roll, user-friendly smaller rolls need to be made on the rewind cutter. Most customers want their labels on rolls.
In this case, it must be determined how many labels each roll should ideally contain. Either a certain number of labels per roll or a maximum outer diameter of the roll is required. Labels are supplied on 76 mm diameter hollow rolls.

Last but very important is the determination of the roll number. If the label is to be applied by machine it is crucial that the correct roll is ordered. In other words – which direction the label will come out of the roll. There are eight options and probably only one will be the right one for you (or your labeler/applicator). So make a note of the roll number from the images below and be sure to enter it in your order.
