We print brochures, company catalogues on the most powerful model series Konica Minolta AccurioPress C6085 with IQ unit, which monitors the print and color stability directly during printing. This guarantees maximum print quality on your chosen paper. Produces up to 5,455 SRA3 pages per hour.

We use glossy or matt coated paper of various weights as the printing material. We also print on offset uncoated paper (matt) of various weights. You can order the booklets in V1 (two staples) or in ring binding. We use a stack cutting machine.

V1 binding in larger runs is done on a DUPLO digital system DSF 2200 + DBM 150 with automatic front trimming of booklets. The new booklet machine offers a maximum capacity of 100 pages of V1 booklets with an extreme speed of up to 2400 booklets per hour. The DUPLO vacuum feeding system is one of the most reliable pressureless systems on the market today. The 8-channel system allows perfect feeding of every paper and total accuracy in stapling. It is a fully automatic booklet maker with a speed of 2400 booklets per hour and a maximum capacity of 100 booklet pages for V1 binding.

• most common sizes: A6 (10,5×14,8cm), A5 (14,8x21cm), A4 (21×29,7cm), 10x21cm, 10,5x21cm, 12x18cm, 21x21cm
• binding V1 – the booklet is stapled with paper clips (in two points)
• ring binding – it is a connection of pages by wire spine. Ring binding is used for magazines, books, photo albums, calendars, school papers, menus, etc.
• V1 booklets are produced on the Uchida UB bookbinding machine with a capacity of up to 800 booklets/hour
  booklets with ring binding are produced on the Megastar drive unit, which is designed for ring binding production
  in high load
• booklet creasing, folding and perforating are carried out on the Morgana DigiFold Pro XL. The Morgana DigiFold Pro XL is an automatic creasing, folding and perforating system. The DigiFold Pro XL has an extreme processing speed (up to 6000 sheets per hour) with various types of stock while maintaining excellent accuracy.
• Booklets are cut on an automatic cutting machine (premium Japanese brand) UCHIDA AeroCut One: The precision of repeated operations is a fundamental criterion of development (flyers, business cards, brochures, etc. with 100% cutting accuracy without deviation) The blades are made of the highest quality materials. The design of the knife cassettes is adapted for knife self-sharpening (paper cuts are always max. sharp without burrs, etc.) Extreme machine production, example: cutting up to 7000 A5 leaflets per hour.

• brochures are also cut on an EBA electromechanical stack cutter with a cutting length of 520 mm and a maximum stack height of 80 mm

• brochures up to B2 size are laminated on Komfi Amiga 52 automatic laminating machine. Accurate and consistent sheet overlap at any production speed thanks to electronically controlled front registration. Available in gloss, matt or softtouch lamination.

• Booklets are packed on a professional chamber packing machine. Your prints will thus always be perfectly and neatly packed.
