Billboards, bigboards are printed on a roll-fed ECOsolvent printer – 160 cm printing width and on a 320TS water – based ink printer, printing in high quality with water-based inks that have all the ecological certifications within the EU. High printing speeds including high print quality are achieved thanks to the dual print head alternation and the industrial design of the printer. Print resolution up to 1440 dpi. Production up to 600 m2/day.

Shape cutting of billboards, bigboards, posters and wallpapers is performed on Zünd G3 3XL – 2x machines (Swiss manufacturer) with a generous working area of 320x250cm (maximum width of cut media 320cm) and above-standard equipment. Zünd is one of the absolute world leaders in the category of precise and powerful machine tools.

We offer large format printing on paper in the following materials:

• billboard areas: 510x240cm, 504x238cm, etc. – 115g, BBS, solvent printing, FSC® paper certification
• bigboards 960x360cm and doublebigboards 960x820cm – 115g, BBS, solvent printing, FSC® paper certification
• BBS poster (any size – suitable for taping), 115g, higher print resolution (shorter viewing distance),
• FSC® paper certification, solvent printing

Specification:

• most common dimensions of billboards, bigboards and double bigboards:

• paneling of billboards, bigboards and double bigboards is usually about 130 cm vertically with an overlap of 2 cm for installation
