We print beer coasters on a hybrid UV printer DURST P5 – 350 cm and on a hybrid printer DURST P10 – 250 cm. The shape cutting of beer coasters is done on the SL800 machine. SL800 is an automatic die-cutting and creasing machine. It is a key machine for die-cutting, creasing and embossing of paper packaging products. Such as paper cassettes, box packaging, pos and pop materials.

We complete orders in bulk on the Zünd BHS 150: Fully automated processing of paper, cardboard, paperboard, soft boards, etc.. 2 working arms with the possibility of mounting up to 6 working modules and 6 tools. Camera reading of cutting marks from above and below. Swiss made.

Material specifications:

• Beer tray cardboard (630g) is 100% virgin fiber, natural white, high volume and high ability, beer tray thickness is 1.5mm
• typical shapes and dimensions of beer coasters are: square with rounded corners 93 x 93 mm, circle with a diameter of 100 mm or circle with a diameter of 107 mm
• we also produce atypical beer coasters – different sizes and shapes (there are no limits here)
• beer coasters are produced from 70 pcs, for larger one-off orders we will prepare an individual calculation
• on request we can deliver: beer coasters made of PVC plates (plastic), plastic beer coasters with opener, ceramic beer coasters
• Do you not have a finished graphic? Do not hesitate to contact us, we will prepare a design for your new beer tray.

If you are preparing graphics independently:

• don’t put negative small and thin text in the graphic
• thin lines around the perimeter of the beer tray are not suitable (the print may have a deviation of 1 – 2 mm)
