For smaller quantities or specific requirements, we print POS and POP materials on the hybrid UV printer DURST P5 – 350 cm print width and the hybrid printer DURST P10 – 250 cm print width. Durst is a global leader, particularly due to its focus on unmatched print quality. Offset print quality (resolution: 1,200 dpi) and extreme performance (up to 500 m² per hour).

Premium inks in our machines meet strict environmental standards, offering excellent color spectrum and adhesion to POP and POS materials. Our machines use inks: Durst WT Food / water technology, Rho P5 Premium WG, and Rho POP Rigid.

The AccurioJet KM-1e is the world’s first UV inkjet press with an offset print unit, which uses offset grippers for precise print registration. We don’t wait for the ink to dry – we ship earlier than offset printers. Print quality exceeds that of offset presses, with small ink droplets producing stunning images with sharp text and clean lines, maintaining excellent quality for photos and graphics.

Order Finishing (wave E, EB, B, BC, etc.) is processed on Zünd BHS 150:
A fully automated system for processing paper, cardboard, corrugated board, and soft boards. It includes 2 processing arms with up to 6 modules and tools. Cameras scan print marks from the top and bottom. Swiss made.

We complete orders (GC1, GD2, CKB Carrier, CKB Nude, etc.) on the SL-800H:
The SL-800H automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is a key machine for die-cutting, creasing and embossing paper packaging products. Unique drive gears, high-precision indexing mechanism, pneumatic clutch and independent feeding mechanism are used to ensure stable and high-speed operation of the machine.

We complete orders (E wool, EB wool, B wool, BC wool, GC1, GD2, CKB Carrier, CKB Nude, etc.) on the ML-1500:
Die-cutting machine for automatic die-cutting of boxes and POS stands. The flapping machine is designed for orders requiring shape die-cutting, creasing or perforation. The maximum die-cutting format is 1500 x 1060 mm at a speed of 23 strokes/min. We look forward to installing the new machine and will update you soon on the expanded production capabilities.

We use Zünd G3 3XL – 2x plate plotters (Swiss manufacturer) with a generous working area of 320x250cm (maximum width of cut media 320cm) and above-standard equipment. Zünd is one of the absolute world leaders in the category of precise and powerful machine tools. The Zünd brand is synonymous with precision. The Zünd G3 cuts all kinds and types of flexible roll or plate materials. Thanks to the automatic camera system, processing is fast and precise.

We use the Morgana DigiFold Pro XL for creasing, folding and perforating pos and pop materials. The Morgana DigiFold Pro XL is an automatic creasing, folding and perforating system. The DigiFold Pro XL has an extreme processing speed (up to 6000 sheets per hour) with various stock types while maintaining excellent accuracy.

POS and POP materials up to B2 size are laminated on a Komfi Amiga 52 automatic laminator. Accurate and consistent sheet overlap at any production speed thanks to electronically controlled front sheet registration. Gloss, matt or softtouch lamination available.

Can be printed in white (overprint and underprint). Our graphic design studio has the Zünd Design Center application for creating three-dimensional packaging designs and advertising stands made from cardboard, corrugated board and sandwich materials.
