Magnetic foils

Magnetic foils of 0.30 mm, 0.50 mm and 0.80 mm thickness are printed on the hybrid UV printer DURST P5 – 350 cm printing width and on the DURST P10 – 250 cm printing width. Durst is one of the world’s leading companies, especially thanks to its focus on unrivalled print quality. The unrivalled quality (offset print quality: 1,200 dpi resolution) and the extreme performance of our machines in this print section (up to 500 m2 per hour).

Shape cutting of magnets is performed on Zünd G3 3XL – 2x machines (Swiss manufacturer) with a generous working area of 320x250cm (maximum width of cut media 320cm) and above-standard equipment. Zünd is one of the absolute world leaders in the category of precise and powerful machine tools.
Printed magnetic foils can be used on any metal surface. For example: vehicles, computers, metal doors, plates and more.

The premium inks for our machines meet strict environmental criteria, have an excellent colour spectrum and adhesion to advertising boards. Rho P5 Premium WG, Rho POP Rigid inks are installed in our machines.

Choice of magnetic foils:

• magnetic foils we supply non-adhesive (common) and self-adhesive
• magnet thickness 0,30 mm – weaker magnet, excellent printing results, recommended for smaller sizes, possibility of any shape cutting
• magnet thickness 0,50 mm – medium magnet with direct UV printing, large format printing with max. print width 60 cm, possibility of any shape trimming
• magnet thickness 0,80 mm – strong magnet with direct UV printing, large format printing with max. 100 cm print width (larger roll width can be ordered on request), possibility of any shape trimming
