is the operator of the project on the websites: www.merchprint.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) and declares that all personal data is considered strictly confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable legal provisions in the field of personal data protection.

-additional identification and contact data for the purpose of your unambiguous identification to carry out measures taken before concluding contracts

-Your identification and contact details and details of your request for the protection of our rights and legally protected interests (e.g. for the purposes of a complaint)

We share data for the reasons defined below with the following categories of recipients:

 

-state authorities, or other entities within the framework of fulfilling legal obligations such as supervisory authorities, state administration bodies, etc.,

 

-other than state entities, if necessary for the protection of our rights and for the fulfillment of legal obligations, e.g. tax advisors, accountants, lawyers, etc.

 

-external entities that carry out processing on the basis of the relevant personal data processing contract concluded with us, in particular: carriers, deliverers and distribution points, for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, i.e. delivery of ordered goods, etc.

providers of DTP, graphic, printing, bookbinding and similar services for the stated purpose; companies providing marketing services; providers of information systems and applications for the purpose of providing our company’s services (hosting, web hosting, content management, sending commercial communications, etc.)

 

-providers of other applications and systems who do not process the data, but may be made available to them under contractually defined conditions to the extent necessary to perform the service.

 

-and other entities to the extent required by your consent. The scope of personal data provided or made available is always limited to the data necessary to fulfill the purpose and the provision depends on the legal basis for processing pursuant to Art. 2 above.

  1. How can you exercise your other legal rights?

We will carry out the required actions to the extent required by law based on your request.

We accept any of your requests, objections, notifications of changes to data and other requests at the e-mail address provided in the contacts. If the requests of data subjects are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because they are repeated, we may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred or we may refuse to comply with your request. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

  1. IP addresses, log files, cookiesIP addresses

 

IP address (Internet Protocol address) The IP address is transmitted to the web server with each request sent so that it knows where to send the response. Each customer receives a dynamic and static IP address from their Internet service provider (“ISP”) at the time of their connection to the Internet. For this reason, the ISP can determine the specific customer to whom they assigned the IP address.

 

Log files

 

The web server stores full IP addresses in case of a request for cooperation, e.g. with the Police of the Czech Republic, etc. The web application does not have access to them.

 

Cookie Statement

 

These websites store small data files, generally called cookies, on your device in accordance with the law. The reason for using them is to ensure full functionality of the website and user comfort, for statistical reasons and to adapt information and advertisements to your interests, for example, according to the content of the website you visited.
